Yoga tours and retreats

The space of the gym is ideal for yoga tours, body exercises, breathing sessions and meditations. Underfloor heating, panoramic windows with views of nature and the possibility of complete blackout — everything here helps to tune in to the wave of inner silence and deep work with the body and mind.

We have created a space where everything is thought out for a comfortable and rich format:

• Spacious hall — up to 20 participants
• All necessary equipment: yoga mats, rolls, ribbons (on request)
• On—site accommodation - at special rates for internship participants
• Meals — balanced or vegetarian menu, as agreed
• Possibility of organizing transfers and excursions

The hall is available for rent from 2 hours.
